The SCAHT Toxicology eTraining portal is made possible and supported by a number of partners.This portal does not display any advertising and is supported by non-commercial organisations:

Intended audience

The public part of this portal is intended as general information to all those interested in the Master of Advanced Studies in Toxicology organized by SCAHT.

This private part of this portal supports many views or contexts, i.e.:

  • A context for students registered for one or all modules of the Master of Advanced Studies in Toxicology
  • A context for teachers and organizers with access to meeting agendas and related documents regarding the organization of the Master program
  • A context for teachers with examples of various e-learning activities developed by HSeT in other modules

Protected access to each context is managed by a group specific password.

Privacy- Confidentiality

All information of whatever nature or form regarding e-mail addresses, personal and medical information is deemed to be Confidential Information between HSeT and its partners and defined as such in the partnership agreements signed between HSeT and its partners.

Intended mission of the portal

The intended mission of the portal is to provide:

  • organizational and teaching information to the teachers and learners in toxicology.
  • an e-learning and e-teaching content module on the Basic Principles in Toxicology
  • several evaluation tools (quizzes) for the students
  • several on-line teaching activities such as "article-based learning" and "case-based learning"
  • a forum as a communication tool between students or between student and teachers

The main objective of this portal is to provide scientific information. When medical/health information is provided it is meant to complement and not replace any advice or information from a health professional.
